Meditation is the prayer of silence and listening. It is nothing new but is an ancient prayer tradition originating with the desert Fathers in the 4th century.
We meet for about an hour which includes quiet music, a taped talk and a period of silent meditation.

The meetings take place in the Walsingham Room at St Dunstan’s Hall on alternate Tuesday afternoons at 2.30pm and also on the first Saturday of the month at 10.45am. There is no obligation to attend every meeting - feel free to come when you are able.
If you would like more information do contact either of us on 0117 986 2753 or see notices displayed in the Narthex at St Dunstan’s.
